Born and raised in a small town in western Ukraine. Anastasiia immigrated to the U.S. in 2012 after landing an internship with The Ritz-Carlton in Tucson, Arizona. Over the next seven years she was promoted to the sales department, became a market research analyst for The Ritz- Carlton in Palm Springs and Tucson, and was Catering Sales Manager and Meeting and Special Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, CA.
“I was coming to the U.S. for just one year,” Anastasiia said, “to get experience at an amazing company and then go back to Ukraine. But I was offered a tremendous opportunity, plus I had fallen in love with the desert, so eight years later I’m still here.”
After the collapse of the U.S.S.R. in 1990, Anastasiia’s family valued security most and her parents encouraged her to pursue engineering. Plus, she’s a whiz with math and science. Anastasiia earned a five-year bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National University of Ukraine in 2012 and is currently working on an associate degree at Pima Community College.
Being a student runs in the family; Katerina, her younger sister, is working on a master’s degree in Economics at the Lodz University in Poland.
Anastasiia joined the Bradley Wealth team in the fall of 2020 as Client Care Specialist and Client Concierge. Her main focus is bringing extraordinary experiences to our clients, ensuring BW stands head and shoulders above other financial advisory firms. And she’s pretty amazing at it!
She learned client care at The Ritz-Carlton and believes in creating clients for life. “We must anticipate their needs while being an ambassador for the BW brand,” she said. “I’m glad to be part of an entrepreneurial firm and understand that everyone has many options for everything they do, and it comes down to customer care and building relationships.”
Outside of work, Anastasiia cares for Leo, her 5-year-old cat, who has traveled with her to California and back, even staying at many Ritz-Carltons and learning to love fresh white sheets. Anastasiia is also passionate about hiking, traveling, and exploring the U.S. She combines her three passions in her wish list of major national parks to visit. She visited Yosemite National Park in California, Glacier National Park in Montana, and looks forward to going to Yellowstone next. She also enjoys cooking when she has time, working out, and practicing yoga.
